Shareholder & Founder—Throughout her legal career, Casandra has focused on municipal litigation, public law, and commercial litigation, and has represented both government entities and clients in front of state and municipal entities. Casandra acts as City Attorney for Rocksprings and special counsel for other municipalities. She is currently involved in city affairs and represents corporate entities on a regular basis in all areas, including commercial disputes, municipal relations, employee-related matters, personal injury defense, and premises defense.

Casandra graduated with honors from the College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin and received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law. She is active in the Bexar County Community Justice Program, San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Exes, and served as the Speaker of the House’s appointee to the Sunset Advisory Commission 2012-2013. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and San Antonio Bar Association.
