Leslie C. Kassahn

Leslie C. KassahnShareholder & Founder—Leslie focuses her practice on public finance, municipal / governmental law, general corporate and contract matters, and civil litigation. She has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in financings involving cities, counties, school districts, utilities, college districts, and other governmental entities. She currently serves as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Olmos Park, Texas. Leslie has also served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Antonio.

Leslie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin College of Liberal Arts with a degree in Government and The University of Texas School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Women in Public Finance, the San Antonio Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Mexican-American Bar Association of San Antonio, and the Municipal Judges Section of the State Bar of Texas. She was recognized in S.A. Scene magazine in its S.A. Lawyers: Best of 2012 edition and Best of 2014 edition in the Bonds and Government Finance category.
